BACK ORDER/ PRE - ORDERWe sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received by our distribution centre, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You may still order these items, and we’ll ship your purchase to you as soon as we receive your merchandise. See below for additional information regarding backordered items.
The expected ship date for backordered/ pre-order merchandise is listed when you add an item to your shopping bag. We will contact you via email if the date changes.
Immediately upon purchase, a preauthorization will be placed on your card for your order. Your card will not actually be charged until your order ships.
EMAIL UPDATESYou’ll always be the first to hear about product launches and exclusive events. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email we send you.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORDClick on ‘Forgot Password’ available at the sign-in page. Enter your email address and click on ‘Submit’. A set of instructions will be sent to your registered email to re-set your password. After your credentials have been verified, you will be able to create a new password.
HOW TO SHOP
Click the desired item, select the applicable size and then click the “Add to Bag” button.
To review the items in your shopping bag click the Shopping Bag Icon at the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
To continue shopping, simply click the “Continue Shopping” button in the bottom left-hand side of the screen; or to check out click the "Proceed To Checkout".
To check out:Click the Shopping Bag icon at the top right-hand corner of your browser window. You will see the items you have selected, including each item’s price, your subtotal and delivery charges. You will also have the option to edit and remove items from your bag.
Enter any applicable Promotion Codes at the bottom of the screen and click “Apply”.
To exit out of your shopping bag and continue browsing, click the “Continue Shopping” button at the lower left-hand corner of the screen. To continue checking out, click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
Sign in, create an account, or choose to proceed as a guest—then follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
When your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. Save this email for your records, as it includes an order number that you can use to check the status of your purchase on your My Account page.

Natashakamal.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa Debit/Credit, MasterCard Debit/Credit
In Case of Payment Failure
In case of a payment failure, make sure the Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address etc. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on customer care email or give us a call on UAN with your order number for any clarification.
DELIVERY
For domestic orders, shipping charges will be shown on the checkout page.
For international orders, real time carrier rates will be shown on the checkout page based on your location and the weight of your order.
Shipping StatusMost standard shipping orders will be processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery according to the timeline mentioned for each specific product. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stock and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request for some form of payment verification or source in order to process the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please note that your credit card will not be charged till your items have shipped from our distribution centre.
TrackingTracking your order with natashakamal.com is easy! Simply click here and input your order number to check the status of your order. If you are a registered user, you can also track your order by visiting My Account.
CHANGE/CANCEL EXISTING ORDERS
Fortunately, it is possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order after receiving confirmation from our representatives. Additional items are subject to additional shipping charges. If there are any changes to the order, please speak to our team within 2 days to make any size changes. Once the order is processed, the exchange policy applies. Custom Orders can not be altered after 2 days or refunded as they are on custom order.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the order has been shipped the exchange policy will apply.
CancelYou can cancel your order 2 days after placing the order. As the order is processed within 24 hours. Once it is processed our exchange policy applies. We typically ship orders in stock within 2 working days, for others the timeline is mentioned under every product.
