EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 2 days for account credit only. There is no exchange on custom order as these pieces are made to order. See below for additional information regarding our exchange policy.
Terms & ConditionsWe do not provide refunds. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for a replacement or store credit. There is no refund or exchange for custom orders. All apparel must be returned unworn, unaltered and with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet our terms will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Repeated ReturnsOur exchange policy is meant to enhance the customer experience. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Natasha Kamal account.
Late ReturnsReturns must be postmarked within 2 days from the date your order was delivered for exchange. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of natashakamal.com
ExceptionsSome exceptions apply to our standard return policy: The sale of all custom orders is final. Custom orders are all orders that have been tailored and or altered specifically for a customer at their request i.e. formals, bridals and couture pieces & and any ready to wear that has been altered. Please note that once the custom size has been processed (within 2 days of plcaing the order) , the custom size can not be changed or altered.
ColoursWe have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Natasha Kamal as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
Items purchased on natashakamal.com must be returned to our Web returns centre and cannot be returned or exchanged at Natasha Kamal retail stores/concessions.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR EXCHANGE
Natasha Kamal does not offer a refund policy however, if you wish to exchange any product within 2 days, you can contact our customer service centre by emailing us at info@natashakamal.com or can call us at +92-302-4183907 Please note, you will need your order reference number for our customer care representative to schedule the pick-up service in pakistan.
ORDER CANCELATION POLICY
You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing the order. After that the exchange policy will apply. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. Natasha Kamal has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
